'The Launch' happens fairly frequently in Internet Marketing niche now a days, the interesting part of it is, we tend to ignore some and get drawn towards some, I actually can't put my fingers on the psychology behind it but my guess is it has got a lot to do with the hype that is created over it. Frankly , there is no clear cut way to go about Affiliate Marketing, the best way I would say is by gaining knowledge - lots of it, and keeping abreast of the changing scenario as it is, a very fast paced media. Well the basics don't change but the tactics do and if you are not a genius at it yourself, you may as well capitalize on other's tactics. You may find any number of Gurus to learn from, it is difficult to choose, and from my experience all of them do have a point because they are all succeeding in their own way. I would say you may begin by picking a few successful Marketing campaigners and start learning from them. This way you will gain ideas to put up your own campaign. You will find yourself favoring some Marketers and adapting to their ways. I have my own batch of favorites and feel what they teach are some of the best in the market.
